I have a question about the native bootstrapper:
Can you pass arguments to the pre-requisite file?

For example…
var setup = new NativeBootstrapper();
setup.PrerequisiteFile = \\”someInstaller.exe\\”;

Can "setup.OptionalArgument" pass the values to “someInstaller.exe?”

NO Optional arguments are for compiler not the package:
/// <summary>
/// Gets or sets the optional arguments for the bootstrapper compiler.
/// </summary>
public string OptionalArguments{ set; get; }
You need to use InstallCommand:
/// <summary>
/// The command-line arguments provided to the ExePackage during install. If this attribute
/// is absent the executable will be launched with no command-line arguments
/// </summary>
public string InstallCommand;
